I don’t drink coffee, and have instead used 5 hour energy for years for a caffeine boost. I was over paying the 5hour cost, so looked for a cheaper solution that didn’t cut the caffeine. I found this product and have been happy with it. No headache when I shifted over. The flavors are a little sweet for my taste but it works. I have been using these instead the past 2 mos and will keep using them

I’ve tried many flavors of this brand and this is by far my favorite. It’s even a meter than the cans! The sticks have the same caffeine content as the cans but I love the sticks to be able to take on the go and I love that they still help me get my water in during the day! I have found mixing them with more water than suggested helps them not be so sweet and overpowering. Such a great value for the money and I will continue to buy!

I usually mix them with a sprite or starry to add that carbonation. I also think it tastes so much better as well, but if you have water it works fine as well. So it’s pretty easy to mix with different things. I definitely think you get a better deal on buy a pack of these than buying a 10 pack of alani drinks, so definitely worth your money. I even think it’s the same amount of caffeine for one packet as it is for one drink, so I don’t feel like I’m getting gypped or anything. The only thing that I don’t really like is that the flavor is extremely bitter! To cover it up I’ve taken to mixing in berry flavored crystal light. Overall definitely worth the buy!

My brother bought a box and gave me one to try. I loved it so much I bought a few boxes and shared them at work! People loved it and they started purchasing them! I really enjoy the sweet sour taste and gives me the extra boost I enjoy after I stopped drinking coffee! I highly recommended it! All three flavors are delicious!!

Way too sweet for my liking, I had to dilute it with 2 16oz water bottles cause putting the whole thing in one was way to sweet for my liking didn’t really up my energy neither

Overall this worked really well for replacing my normal energy drink. I liked the fact it had less sugar and calories.However the bitter taste (idk why reviews say it tastes sweet, its not sweet at all lol) was kind of jarring but i found washing it down immediately followed by plain water took it out pretty quick. Which worked for hydration as well, made me drink more water too.My biggest thing that made me have to stop, it gave me a UTI. I haven't had one in YEARS and this is the only lifestyle change I have made, within a week of using it I got a UTI. I noticed it made me need to pee more anyways, then it just got worse. Maybe I wasn't drinking enough water alongside it but for me, I sadly can't drink it for this reason. :c
