ok but lack od adhesive
Fot the price you pay I believe they are fine. They stretch enough to apply and mould to your needs. They do get to feel comfortable. The only thing that I wasn't to happy about was the quality of the adhesive. Is not strong enough especially when used around joints. For less movable surfaces is a good product. Mixed feeling about it... I believe I rather pay a bit more and get more sticky tapes so they can last longer making their effect.

A Must Have For Gym Users!
I Damaged my rotor cuff a few weeks back and was expected to be fully recovered in 6-8 weeks, this has drastically sped up that recovery time and now when applied I can carry on at the gym almost as if my injury never occurred, as far as kinesiology tape goes this is your best bet for ensured quality and guaranteed positive results, please do note however, that applying the tape in a correct manner is vital for its efficient overall outcome.This is a must have for anyone who regularly goes to the gym as it can save you weeks if not months of missed training time in the end.

Avoid at all costs
Useless. My wife uses this kind of tape a lot for her achillies tendons and lower back. The stuff she usually has is super sticky and very difficult to remove. This tape barely sticks and is not fit for purpose. Do not buy this cheap rubbish. I should have believed some of the other reviewers saying the same. More fool me.

Give this a miss!
Do not waste your money on this tape! It doesn't stick properly, regardless of how much I rub it to activate it - and so within a day it has started peeling off. Had a couple of attempts with it now, but going to have to try a different make.

Very poor quality, the straps started fraying and peeling off almost immediately. They weren't very elastic either.
