Not perfect but easily fixed.
Needed a little dremel work on both upper screw holes which were cast about 1/2mm too low so the screws wouldn't screw in to the shoulder inside of the screw hole of the grips and thus stuck out too far. I tried them on both Colt 1911's I own and it was the same problem so it isn't the pistol. Once fixed they look great!
