Bought this product for my caravan. Excellent stable steps. Exactly what I wanted.

Bought two stairs to access cement steps and a pathway going up off the beach due to recent erosion caused by high water. A lot easier solution verses building custom stairs and much more stable than metal ramps. Went through one summer so far and easy to use plus sturdy. Only had to bury both bases under sand and rock to get to stay in place. Not the easiest to assemble but the 3 of us finally got the job done. Traction strips work great.

Can drive and cook, but am a little challenged putting stuff together. It is heavy as heck. It will be too hard to take with us camping with our van. But we foundaback yard purpose for it coming out of our sunken covered back porch. The feral cats love it for lounging especially with catnip.

** NOTE FOR SAFETY **THE RAIL SUPPORT TUBES AND BASE DO NOT MEET FLUSH WHEN ASSEMBLED AND POSE A REAL HEALTH HAZARDThis product is not only poorly constructed, but the hardware included is cheap, the internal packaging is styrofoam, and nothing is labeled! (A, B, C, etc.)Half the washers were broken! All the nuts, bolts, etc., are packaged loosely in one bag. Get ready to sort after you clean up the styrofoam.The instructions are in English but that doesn’t help much. Look at the attached pics and take note of the list of hardware in the instructions. See “Support”? These were missing entirely! Due to the one word description and lack of any image detail, there is no way to determine what these missing Support items are and I am now unable to complete the build.So after unpacking, sorting the hardware, cleaning up all the styrofoam, and getting through the first two steps of instructions, I found that the package was missing the literal SUPPORT for the staircase and now have to repackage all of it somehow for a return.JUST SAY NO

Got this to use from my patio door to my back yard (about a 2 foot drop). Good size. Seems sturdy, although hand rail is not as sturdy as the steps. Was somewhat difficult to assemble. Instructions were incomplete. Came with lock washers and regular washers but no directions on where they went. Couldn't get the nuts on using both, so I skipped the regular washers. Assembled loosely then tightened using wrench and pliers once it was together. Some of the bolts on the steps were difficult to tighten because of the lip on the underside of the steps, but I finally managed. I did get some rebar J-hooks to hold it on the ground since there was no concrete or masonry to attach it too. Seems secure enough and works well for me to take the dog out to the back yard.
