I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Black Bluetooth headset, and I must say that it is one of the sweetest headsets I have ever used! It does its job but it could do better with how far away you roam. I literally have a 1 story, relatively smaller home and when I go to the kitchen from the office (which is around the corner) the caller says they can't hear me so that's pretty disappointing. The headset wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping buy it's not heavy so that's a plus. I find myself removing it from my ear in between calls just for relief. That is kinda a bummer that 8m constantly fidgeting with it to be comfortable. But overall, it does pretty good. I was expecting a little better though for the price. So ehhhh....it's ok.

Does not stay connected. So far its not interrupting calls but Ive missed several calls while it's disconnecting and reconnecting. Doesnt matter if Im leaving my work station. It will continuously disconnect and maybe reconnect while Im sitting at my desk. And it is fully charged. Maybe I have a bad set because I have coworkers who have the same set with no issues. When it works, the sound it clear and I can be heard well. Maybe Ill have it replaced and see if that helps. Update: I ordered a replacement thinking the first was just a faulty one. The new set started acting up right away. I know its not my computer because my colleague retired and gave me hers that she bought 2 years ago. Exact same headset. No issues. I really wish the new ones worked better

The mic quality is good. It connects to the usb dongle provided or by Bluetooth. Though it can bounce between the two, there is no way to select a device. It decides when it is going to switch to the other device and typically after a long lag of silence on the current connection, while the other connection has sound playing. So, if you are buying this to swap between two devices frequently (like I did - laptop and iPhone) there are probably better options out there with a manual button or switch to move to the other device. That would save a lot of hassle. Also, what appears to be a charging case is not. It’s just a plastic case with a cut out to hold the device. But it doesn’t charge in the holder. You need to connect a wire to the device and plug into a usb outlet to charge. Minor point, but the pictures didn’t make that clear for me. With so many 5 star reviews I expected more. Lower your expectations if you are buying this. Not sure it’s worth this price… but I’ve got it and I’m using it for one source only (laptop).

I use it for work, and it works. But I do get clients sometime telling me they can't hear me. I work in a quiet (like dead quiet) office space. The Mic just isn't sensitive enough to pick up my audio unless either I raise my voice or cup my hands with the mic. In consistency in terms of MIC but audio otherwise is good, no breaks or skips. Bluetooth connect is solid, ONCE it connects, but sometimes it takes a while to connect with the USB receiver. Over all headset for functionality and use 3.5-4 Stars out of 5. Definitely not meant for anything super professional (office meetings) or competitive (like gaming). It works well with Day to Day usage. Battery life is around 8-10 hours. Although I do plug it in to charge during my work breaks. Note: Do not charge with something with high Volts or Amps. Basic 5v 1A up to 2A is fine, the device seems sensitive otherwise.

Tge head set itself works on right or left side, explained in the provided instructions Takes a bit to be competent on the volume and mute buttons. The provided dongle works amazing well, connected quickly, no muss or fuss. Sound is clear and the range is great.
