Sound quality is good

Hi, I know we can't get any Portable MP3 player for such a cheep price with Bluetooth, Recording, etc. But Its not worth it. The Music sound coming out of the SWOFY - M10 Portable Music Player is very bad to the point where the each sound was braking apparat, When I asked for refund / Replacement they said " The manufacturer has designed the product and is sold globally that way. We assume that the customer has placed the order after his/her research, as every user has his own listening preference." . They are telling me that the issue is with the my ear, Who in the right mind have the preference for songs with very noise and breaks. I tried using different ear phones and told others to test it. They are laughing at me for buying this for 2499. and according to their return refund policy "We would like to inform you that we have 10 days replacement policy only for manufacturing defects.". telling me that even if I return I will not be getting my refund.(Bought It from Official Web site)

Ich habe diesen Winzlingen für mein Sohn geholt zum Geburtstag der hat sich riesig gefreut er ist 6 Jahre und kann ihn gut bedienen was auch super ist das er Bluetooth hat somit baumeln keine lästigen Kabel mehr herum .

Bin voll zufrieden, offensichtlich eine würdige Weiterentwicklung meines "Mini Clip 8GB MP3 Player G05" von AGPTEK, der nach 6 Jahren den Geist aufgegeben hat. Die zusätzlichen Tasten für "zurück" und "Menü" machen die Bedienung einfacher, das war beim Vorgängergerät mit Hoch und Runter etwas willenlos.Bluetooth-Earbuds funktionieren auch. Die Anmerkungen zum langsamen USB kann ich bestätigen, es scheint trotz USB-C nur USB 2.0-Geschwindigkeit zu sein, aber so oft macht man das ja nicht.

faltaría que los botones fuesen mas pronunciados para si estas a oscuras o corriendo, se note el boton que estas tocando.
