Smaller than the original but work fine.
A little smaller than the OEM paddles, but my son likes the smaller size. They're easy to grip and work perfectly regardless of the size though.

Thumbsticks are slippery
Product is well made and solid. All pieces fit well with no wiggle. Unfortunately, the thumbsticks are smooth rubber and provide very little grip. This would prevent me from getting product again in the future. I also received three short thumbsticks and only one longer one, which I thought weird.

Bought these for my Xbox elite controller because I lost the original ones. These seems well built for the price and fit just like OEM. Been using for about a year now and have no complaints.
