Fantastic book
Gave it to my 8 year old daughter today, she read it immediately then got me to read it to her. Only issue I have is one that I think is unintentional, where it presents being gay something to be ashamed of.

Fun read for a 11 year old DnD fan
My 11 year old daughter - who is just learning DnD - loved this. Fun and age appropriate. Bought this after I had accidentally bought the Vox Machina comic book just to realise how inappropriate and R rated that is.Highly recommend for 8-14 year olds.

Finally, characters who play D&D!!
I waited for years now to find a story were the protagonists are invested in TTRPGs, because it's such a great hobby to have! This one was very easy to read, sweet and fun. I loved that this is centered on friendship and highlights how playing something like D&D together serves as a great bonding element.

Cute!
I loved this book so much that I read it all in one sitting. I love how the characters are introduced with stat blocks! It's so creative and I love it sm! I relate a lot to this book because I also started a DnD club recently in my school. Reading this book was such an experience and I would definitely recommend

Kids loved it
Bought it for 7 and 10 year olds as an intro to d&d. They loved it, and wanted to make their own characters and started to get really interested in the world.
