Great product
Bought this for my sons (8 & 6 y/o) they really enjoyed playing it. Folds away well. Felt bottom of pieces so doesn’t scratch. Solid even when pieces fall. Though folds well, ours came apart and couldn’t screw it back together without the help of some superglue.

Really thrilled with this purchase -it is a beautiful board and nice sized pieces. It is to teach one of my grandchildren to further his knowledge of the game when he visits each week.

A cheap material
The board broke very soon in the middle-now we use it like that -a bit disappointed as it wasn’t the cheapest

Great value for money
A good quality, simple board for starting off your chess life.I would have given it 10 stars, but for some reason, whether I play white or black, this board will not allow me to get my daughters king into checkmate. Obviously faulty!
