While packaging w/hot chocolate, marshmallows, etc. I thought I'd try one. Yuck! It had no candy cane flavor and the outside was gummyish...like old candy. So I checked ALL 3 boxes I purchased and they had a "Best By" date of 9/13/22!!! I purchased them the end of Oct. 2022! Now trying to figure out how to return them and get my money back and it's like being on a roller coaster and I keep coming back to "This item is not eligible for a refund"?? Why not?

These are dreadful. I didn’t know that candy canes could be dreadful. Now I know. At first glance you will see that these candy canes are small. We’ve all had the nice little candy canes you get when you sit on Santa’s lap. These aren’t those. The size is somewhere between the regular size and the small size. But the real problem is the taste. There is a faint hint of peppermint with a cheap sweetness that doesn’t remind you of Christmas. Pay a few more dollars and get the real ones.

My daughter wanted tons of candy canes this Christmas. So, I picked these up.Pros: - individually wrapped- nice sizing- thick enough that they don't instantly break- taste as expectedCons: - nothing wrong, reallyThese came with three packs of 30 each. The small candy canes are individually packed, have the usual size (as one is accustom to), aren't super thin or thick, and taste as a candy cane traditionally does. There's not too much more to say about them. They were exactly what we hoped for and expected.

Taste

I got these to bring to a bunch of my friends for the holidays. They came fast and I'm 99% sure they are the best deal for 36 candy canes. The taste is average, not as good as Brach's or anything but pretty good.

Ok so the scripture message and story on box 100% great! Quality, quantity, and appearance would have been terrific had not almost 1/2 of them not arrived broken if the packaging of these delicate candies been better this could have possibly been avoided and I would have ordered more and continued to order in the future however this is a 1 and done for me although price was terrific when you factor in that i cannot use most of the candy canes then this makes the item not worth the price in my opinion

I ordered three boxes of these to make peppermint ice cream. Every single one was broken. Not a problem for my use, but notable if you’re wanting complete candy canes.The BIG problem is they are very very stale, to the point of being chewy. I can’t even smash them into pieces. Completely unusable and unacceptable.What a waste of money.

Great bargain. I love candy canes but to find cherry ones was a surprise. I order everything by internet shopping as I live in a nursing home. One of my favorite things at Christmas is candy canes as my mom put them on our tree. Ax to w hat I dislike was sharing them.
