Crystal chandelier!

Stunning!
This is the perfect chandelier for my bathroom. It is absolutely beautiful and it doesn’t hang so low it’s a problem with the distance from light to faucet code. However, the assembly is a bit annoying—you are hanging every single crystal by hand which was tedious. My biggest complaint though, is the color temp. I have to cycle through every time I turn it on; it doesn’t just stay on the last temp used. But overall I am happy with the quality for the price.

Beautiful chandelier, defective remote!
The remote doesn’t work, which defeats the purpose of buying dimmable lights option. The QR code included with the remote only leads to instructions in Chinese, and there’s no clear indication of which app I need to download. Please provide clear instructions or the correct app name so I can use the product as intended.

LOVLEY AND BRIGHT
Love the light it gives off. I couldn't see in my kitchen before I put this light in over my sink. Now everything is illuminated.
