If you have help and don't have stairs...it's worth the money!
this machine is awesome for a cardio/leg workout. when it's all put together properly its very sturdy and easy to use. stride isn't terrible either. I am 5'1 and 135 lbs. and this will work wonderfully for me for a long time. It is easy to move if need be. the instructions were ok, and tools were good for what you need them for; also be aware that this machine has greasy parts and while your putting it together you will run across that so be prepared for a slight mess I wasn't lol. I do however, like the resistance that goes from 1 to 16 I use an elliptical at my job in their gym and it goes up to 20 and its electric and being that manual ones are always harder to get started this one is just wonderful for home use. all in all, not a bad buy even though it's very heavy for someone alone of with stairs would not recommend if you don't have help or have stairs it is quite heavy! I got it out of the box by using my foam workout pads to cushion the box and opened it up and turned it upside down and gently grabbed the cardboard and pulled it out very carefully!

Rugged, Compact, Great Cardio… Even Outdoors!
I cannot begin to say enough good things about the YOSUDA Pro Cardio Climber Elliptical Machine. I purchased it so that I could replace a few of my runs with a low-impact workout. This sturdy little machine gives a great cardio workout! After 5 months—on my back porch—it has held up great. Yes, I have a cover, but it is exposed to outdoor air and doesn’t seem to care. I had a good feeling when I unboxed it… good, solid metal. Not as bulky as what you’d see in a gym, but just as rugged. YOSUDA’s assembly video was a delight… went to together in just under an hour and no stress. The digital display is intuitive and easy to read even in low light. I just turned 210 miles on the machine and truly love my workouts on it. Hang a Bluetooth speaker on the provided hook, place my phone on the device rack, and step away. Yes, this is a “blend” of stair-stepping and elliptical, but one which gives you a great workout in less space. I am delighted at how good the workout is given the size of the machine. I feel bad having it outside but I really enjoy breathing fresh air while I workout… watch the trees, squirrels, and birds. Again, this machine is handling it fine—precisely because it is rugged. Even the pulse sensors are holding up great and remain accurate. If the weather gets too awful, it is no problem to just wheel it in through the back door… rolls easy and fits easily through a standard door. When my Pro Climber finally does succumb to the heat and humidity, I will simply purchase another one and keep on stepping … I am that impressed.

Good exercise machine with one annoying feature
The instruction manual for assembling the machine is not very good. The text is not easily understood and you must pay close attention to the illustrations to fill in the gaps. Assuming correct assembly, the machine appears sturdy and functions as a good and challenging exercise machine. However, the right and left foot platforms appear to be "non-skid" but my feet do slip forward toward the front lip which requires that I adjust my stance and reposition my feet every several minutes. This is a little annoying. I plan on finding something that will stop the slide without interfering with the movement. The machine is quiet and except for the annoying foot slide on the foot platforms works well to provide good cardio exercise as well as leg conditioning.

Sturdy well balanced
I'm very pleased with this elliptical. I'm 65 yo, 5'6"... NVM how much I weigh. My objectives were to find something I wouldn't hate to increase activity since I've had to give up my favorite sports and my hobbies are done sitting at a desk. I wanted something quiet, so not a treadmill. Stationary bikes didn't look comfortable and last thing I need is more time sitting on my a$$. I looked at ellipticals (and other machines) for a couple weeks, reading reviews, trying for a balance of features, quality, and price, and I'm so happy I chose an elliptical... THIS elliptical. It arrived well packaged, the small parts/screws etc were each in zip bags that were well labeled including the order/step of assembly. Included were a small flat wrench and two Allen wrenches with Phillips end. Instructions were pretty good, any confusion was more operator understanding. I suppose a video would have clarified a few things (maybe there is one, I didn't look) but compared to most assembly instructions these were surprisingly thorough. It went together fairly easily, about an hour... Although I'm convinced it would have been faster if husband would not have helped ha! It looks really nice and substantial, like something more expensive and not embarrassing without taking up huge amounts of area. I've put it in living room behind sitting area, so visitors end up seeing it but it's not an eyesore. Location was to encourage use. Added to my morning routine, no coffee until after elliptical (that's right, I bribe myself with coffee). The first day I tried it, it was a bit tricky getting the feet moving... like a cross between a bike and climbing stairs. But I never felt like the thing was going to fall over or that I would fall off. Now only a couple weeks in, and easy peasy. I already have an improvement in my time on machine and am very pleasantly surprised with improvement in my balance/strength. I'm going up and down the real stairs in our house much better. I like watching instructional videos on ytube/phone wearing earbuds, so I set my timer and watch during my little workout. The time flies by and two birds one stone. The area on machine holds my phone fine, note sure someone using a tablet etc would be able to fit in allocated slot. The pulse monitor and display work well, same bpm as my Fitbit so seems accurate. The monitors are located in the stationary handles, therefore readings are taken if you place your hands accordingly. I don't really use it though, since the display isn't lighted... probably the only con I have for the unit. But I work out early, and don't turn the lights on bright because I HAVEN'T HAD MY COFFEE YET ha! I get up first and it's important to me that using the unit is quiet and not going to wake husband or guests. This really fits the bill. A couple times I had early appointments so opted for later workout... Husband was watching TV, and I was working out right behind him and we could both hear the TV and talk (about how he should try the elliptical but he makes excuses). All told, I'm very happy with this machine. Sturdy, quiet, easy, effective, and reasonably priced.
