I actually have this on subscription.

These capsules are very convenient. I can't tell if they actually make it down to your stomach intact but I can say they calm down an upset stomach. At least for me. No negative effects at all. A little Backing Soda is good for your kidneys and at my age I can use all the help I can get (60 at the time of this review). I would not hesitate to buy this brand again. It's not the least expensive but it's only a couple bucks more than the real inexpensive ones and I feel it's good value for money..

The product is very good no side effects and I could swallow the pill. It comes in capsule form.

Easier to swallow than tablets. The disclaimer that the capsules should not be used for treatments is concerning.
