Starbucks Kenya Espresso Verismo Pods (24 Count)

Starbucks Espresso roast is the only coffee that I like, have been using the Espresso pods with my Verismo for my coffee every day. My Husband bought the pack of 6 boxes thru Amazon before & I bought this pack of 2 boxes most recently. I can’t figure out why exactly but atleast half the time you put in a new pod, (from 1 of these Amazon Starbucks boxes), the water either does not go thru at all or it goes thru SO SLOW that it takes forever to fill a cup. This is SO frustrating! We have tried everything to fix the problem, figure it out, & make them work. I have compared the boxes, the look & the feel of the pods, & the expiration dates of both the Amazon Starbucks pods with the Starbucks store bought pods & I truly can’t figure out the difference between them or why the Starbucks store bought pods ALWAYS work & the Amazon bought pods almost always DO NOT work.Do whatever it takes to get your Verismo Espresso Roast pods from Starbucks directly!

These pods are faulty. It seems like they are overfilled which causes too much pressure. They start out ok and after a couple of seconds the flow goes to a trickle. It take 3 pods for what should only take 1 pod. Reporting to amazon customer service as it says this is not eligible to return.Updated: I received a full refund for the pods, so I have upgraded the review from 1 to 3 stars. Unfortunately 90% of the pods did not produce properly. Not sure if they are overfilled/too under pressure or what. I had hoped that they would be better. We had purchased these in the past and had the same problem but since it had been months I hoped that it had been fixed or the bad ones had been gone through. It is concerning however to know if these are a knock off pods, as when we buy pods at Starbucks directly we never have this problem. The stores rarely have them in stock however so it is frustrating.

But the espresso roast did not work in my machine! went back-and-forth between these pods and pods I had originally bought at Starbucks- Starbucks pods work perfectly these do not! I even took the time to run a descaling through my machine and even after that these pods still would not work. But of course the original Starbucks pods worked perfectly! Somehow I got a defective batch which I’ve never had in my life!

This product does not fit my Keurig. It was way too small. It was delivered on February 7 and now on February 24 the Amazon site won't let me return it. What happened to 30 day return?

The product expired on February 21. Starbucks no longer makes these pods for the specific machine Verismo so all these pods are expired, and the pods don't work correctly and randomly if you are going to get any coffee or not or just a few drips. There's nowhere else to buy this brand or type of coffee, Starbucks no longer carries it either.

I bought these for my son that I was going to visit in Hawaii. The flavor was great. We drank this along with some others that he had bought, but every morning I found myself coming back to this flavor and so did he. I don't have a coffee maker that fits this myself, but when I got home I looked for a starbucks single serve coffee maker so I could order this for myself. I guess they quit making it. Too bad for me because this is some really good coffee.

I like a good, basic, deep, dark espresso with as little chocolate-y or wine-y aftertaste. These do my tastebuds nicely. I hope that Starbucks never quits making pods for its Verismo--I cannot find the pods in any shop or store that carries pods.

Although this is for a Verismo machine, I use it with my keurig. These cups are too short to work in a keurig, so I just remove my existing k-cup adapter, pry off the top of the Verismo cup and dump the contents into my filter pod.Presto, a most delicious espresso. There’s some dedicated k-cup espresso cups, but none of them compare to this one, so it’s worth an extra minute or so to convert it for brewing.
