We love these for their appearance and adjustable coarse to fine delivery of product. The only downside would be frequency of filling if a large family. Batteries last for months but remember batteries are not provided as part of the deal. Delivered on time. We have used these daily for 3 years now so well tested and no sign of them giving up . A metal case and easy to refill. Highly recommended.

Only just have these which is a flaw in Amazon review process as they should wait until you have lived with an item for a while. Nevertheless, good items and look stylish on our worktop.

I love this salt & pepper grinder set. Just out of warrantee, I had a small issue and contacted the company. The response was immediate and the resolution over and above . I have no hesitation in recommending this quality product and their fabulous customer service.

I bought this set on 30 March 2024 and was very pleased with the overall feel and ease of use. On Saturday 15 June 2024 one of the units failed (hence my slight downgrade for sturdyness). This is where my comment about customer service kicks in.I emailed Latent Epicure (via their website) that Saturday evening and James Simpson (the owner of the small business) replied Sunday morning, confirmed that they would issue a replacement, and asked for a delivery address which I let him have later that day. He replied on Tuesday morning to say the replacement had shipped - it arrived the following day (Wednesday). They actually shipped a complete 2-grinder set even though only one of my originals had failed.Anyone who has run a business knows that nothing is perfect all the time and 'stuff happens'. The important thing is how you then deal with the issue and keep the customer informed about what is happening. James/Latent Epicure's performance was exemplary.

I love black pepper on my food. However, it is quite a chore to manually grind each time the amount I like. So I purchased the Latent Epicure Electric pepper mill. It is so well made being stainless steel. It takes 4 AA batteries. Remove this lid by twisting and drop in the batteries matching pos and neg. the peppercorns go in the bottom part of the mill this you twist open clearly marked lock and unlock. It takes a generous amount of peppercorns. Then lock together and away you go. Don’t forget to take off the black lid on the base which is there to keep your table clean and adjust the grind from fine to coarse clearly marked on the base. I like course so turned the dial anti clockwise to get coarser grains of pepper. It is a real doddle to use - one hand only and quick. there is also a good light on the base which is a nice normal coloured light so doesn’t change the colour of your food, and you can clearly see the grains falling onto your food. I have just had scrambled eggs with loads of black pepper in seconds without the -hard slow grind of the past! I LOVE IT, and can very highly recommend this electric pepper mill. The customer service is the best ever too.

Only reason I never sent these back is i honestly never had time too. That maybe because they are so pathetically slow at grinding anything you don’t have time to do anything else in your life! If I get a chance I will post a video of how bad they are but it might be a longer video than the starwars trilogy

This set of salt/pepper grinders are great. It has a large hopper for the salt/peppercorns so does not need refilling constantly and is easy to fill with a wide opening. I love the extra large button on the top that is easy to use with one hand/thumb. The light on the bottom and caps on the bottom to contain the grounds are nice extras. I would highly recommend.

Adjustable coarseness works and tray is added bonus. This is the best set I have owned. Fits in the hand nicely and easy to operate. Recommend!
