Great little counter
I bought a step counter about 3 years ago, which was one you clip on your belt, and it was absolute rubbish so I thought I would give this one, which you hang round your neck, a try and it is brilliant. As soon as it arrived I got on my treadmill to try it out. I counted my steps up to 100 and it was exactly right. I would definately recommend this counter.

a step counter that performs v well
My previous step counters over the years have all been of the kind one clips to a waistband or belt. so the 3DFitBud system took a bit of time to get used to. It is nice not to have to take it off, or be very careful it doesn't fall off, when "visiting the bathroom" - unlike a pedometer worn on the waist. (I have broken more than one pedometer by accidentally allowing it to fall onto bathroom tiles!). Wearing a pedometer on a lanyard round the neck, or placed in a pocket, is more convenient. Nor does the step counter reset itself over-easily back to zero, as used to be the case with the waist-worn type of pedometer if one happened to touch the reset knob by accident. The supplier has provided v helpful follow up to the order and emailed a useful information PDF on the product.

Easy to set up
Exactly as described. Easy to set up, counts the steps you take and thats it! If you just want a step counter, this is the one for you. Goes into sleep mode if you stop moving and restarts when you take a couple of steps. I received a helpful email from the company before it arrived and another one about a week after it arrived just to make sure I was happy with it. Highly recommended.

After misplacing my original pedometer – I opted to try a different make. This one seemed to have good reviews a large display and easy to operate (so I don’t need to use my glasses and one button to reset). I have not been disappointed with my purchase. Speedy delivery plus a courtesy email with an attached PDF file for operating instructions (although a booklet did come with the device). But this is an idiot proof pedometer – just pull the plastic so start the battery and away you go. You can hang it round you neck (with the cord supplied), stick it in your pocket or using a safety pin and attach it to your cloths, and so far it seems very accurate (better than my previous one) it also goes in sleep mode when you’re not active. Would defiantly recommend this.

Does exactly what it says!
I ordered this item very late in the evening and it arrived the very next day! Fantastic service! It is a simple step counter and does exactly what it says....counts the number of steps I take during the course of the day :-)It is very easy to set up....attach the lanyard, remove the protective plastic from the screen, pull the little bit of plastic out from the battery cover (it's a white arrow so you can't miss it) and off you go! Yes it really is that easy!! I am delighted with it and the very clear large display makes it easy to read as well, perfect for those of us with vision problems.I would definitely recommend this step counter to everyone!Update July 2018 Unfortunately the battery died and when I removed the cover to replace it something inside broke off and I couldn't put a new battery in! Considering I haven't had it a year yet I have to say I am very disappointed :-(

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!
We have two of these and I decided to see if they both give the same readings. I have run tests over several distances and various terrains. On a mixed walk of 10000 paces both hip pocket worn they read within point 18 percent. On a similar course one hip pocket worn and the other neck worn they clocked 10409 and 10428 respectively - a mere 19 pace difference on over ten thousand steps- amazingly good.If you want something simple, very easy to use and read, well made and on my tests, providing consistent reliable guidance on distance I believe you will struggle to do better at the price - and the delivery service and packing is also excellent. - hence 'simply outstanding'.

The simpleist step counter ever
This is so simple I don't know were to start. Delivery next day. Packaging requires good pair of sharp scissors to get packet open, but once cut down the one side the counter falls out. Within less then 1 minute I activated it by pulling the battery tab out and removed the protective front screen plastic, the screen lit up with large digits I was able to see it immediately without glasses, very clear. I attached the lanyard and off I went. I counted out 30 steeps and the display showed 30, it appears to be quite accurate. Anyone finding this difficult I don't now what the answer is. At time of writing this I have not looked at the instructions, will do as soon as I have time, but what more can these tell me, I also received a "helpful information" .pdf email shortly after ordering. All in all if you want a simple to use step counter it does not get easier than this. Bye it now.Excellent!!

I thought my little pedometer would be a fad .... six weeks later it's more of an obsession and now my best friend! Does a really good job of keeping track of your steps per day. It does sometimes 'slumber' for a bit and just a gentle tap will wake the display up so it comes back on screen. Really easy to assemble, just pull out the plastic to activate the battery. My mum has since ordered one too and it's a really good way of motivating yourself to attempt to keep fit knowing that you're short of the magic 10,000 steps! Well worth the money. Arrived very promptly (Thank you!). Recommended!
