To prepare a Van Houten Ruby Cocoa Chocolate drink, add 35 grams of the powder to 200 ml hot milk or water. Stir initially with small amount water avoid powdery texture, then mix it into drink your choice, either cold. Add sugar taste as this is not excessively sweet. Please note that strawberry flavoured chocolate drink.
