Great option if you hate the tastes of beets like me. Easy to swallow, small size capsule easy to go down.

Beets are high in Oxalates. Good product if oxalates don’t bother you.

Even though I work out regularly, eat healthy and take various supplements, I still have slightly higher blood pressure due to the fact that it runs on my father's side of the family. Happy to have found these organic beet root powder capsules! They arrived in a dark glass bottle which is essential for storing. There are so many proven health benefits to beet root and I of course wish I could incorporate the whole food every day instead but that is not an option so I am thankful to be able to supplement. I did not expect overnight results, but I do feel better just knowing they're being incorporated into my daily regimen!
