Perfect piece of bakeware
Lovely non stick tin. I always still use a liner as it's never worth the risk. But cakes bake evenly and tin washes well.

Good deep tin
I've used this tin just the once so far to make a baked cheesecake. I had the base lined with a piece of greaseproof, but I had some leakage of butter into the oven. Unfortunately I was also using a slightly quirky recipe and it might have been the amount of butter that was wrong which caused leakage.It is ideal for cheesecakes as the base is loose. The deep nature of the tin came in very useful for the baking as it kept the cheesecake mixture in the tin when it rose magnificently!This tin would be really useful for rich fruit cakes too such as wedding cake or Christmas cake. The heavy guage of the tin means the cake shouldn't burn when cooked for long periods, but you can also still wrap the tin in brown paper so it stays cooler. This tin is heavy - if you have a lot of mixture in the tin beware that it will be heavy to transport into/out the oven and around the kitchen!

Cake pan
A very strong solid pan, not at all flimsy. Well able to withstand long cooking times. Nice coating, easy to clean. Good deep pan suitable for many years to come. Not cheap but definitely well worth investing in quality that will last rather than cheap that will need replacing. Very happy with my purchase.

Great product.
Very sturdy product, large 9inch deep cake tin, easy to clean, does the job, is quite heavy before placing ingredients into the tin, so be careful when maneuvering it into and out of the oven when cake is in it, I made my first ever xmas cake and it turned out beautiful. Overall a very good product for the price.

Solid quality - High performance baking.
I bought three of these products and they are a lot bigger than I expected!! Very deep compared to the picture on display. Only 2 fit in my oven at a time...Great quality and easy to clean. Non stick surface is working very well for baking and I have had no issues with product leaking from the retractable base.durable and will last a long time I would buy these again for sure if I didn't already own three :)

Very very good
I bought this mold to make a génoise for a Fraisier and it worked like a charm. This mold is 9 inches/23 cm. It is composed of 2 parts, the ring and the amovible bottom. It does not stick at all. Instead of washing it in the dishwasher I would use my hands. It is sturdy mold, and it is made with high quality materials that explain the price.

Alors ça c'est du moule à gâteau !! la qualité semble être présente. Il est lourd et le fond amovible semble être à la hauteur. Pas encore fait de gâteau dedans mais ça ne va pas tarder !

Eccellente prodotto amici compratori di Amazon.Robusta, pesante, rivestimento di alta qualità, permette una cottura ottimale di qualsiasi impasto proprio per la sua robustezza che le garantisce una diiffusione omogenea del calore.La base va inserita nella tegliacome se fosse un tappo quando arriverà in fondo il bordo ripiegato della base toccherà quello del bordo e si fermerà cosi, per semplice forza di gravità!In realtà questo sistema è comodissimo perchè per sfornarlo vi basta appoggiare la teglia du un qualsiasi oggetto di base piu piccola, la base si appoggerà a quello e il bordo continuerà a scendere sfilandosi perfettamente.Se pensate che un simile sistema di aggancio sia precario senza fasce o morse varie, vi sbagliate perchè il peso stesso della base piu l'impasto terranno il tutto comodamente ancorato. Ovviamente amici non prendete la teglia dal basso ma dai bordi e vedrete che la troverete comoda da usare e anche da lavare! Impasti come pan di spagna, dolci soffici, crostate sono tutti tenuti benissimo dalla tortiera ovviamente se usate un impasto che trasuda molto olio, a parte il suggerimento di rivedere la ricetta, è logico che i liquidi in ecesso troveranno parziale sfogo verso il basso... logico si, ma a me non è capitato nemmeno una volta per adesso e ci ho già fatto diverse torte!
