Great products, great value.
I have used these Fluval products for many years. This is not the type of item where you will notice a difference in your aquarium. But they both make great sense to add to either your tap water as a treatment, and to the filters to significantly improve the good bacteria levels. Both of which are aquarium essentials. There are others in the market place, but this pack of 2 is great value. Clear instructions on the bottle labels but run a knife just under the cap to remove the cap label only, otherwise the whole label will come off and that’s a pain.

3 days to cycle
Both of these products work. Firstly Aqua+ Water Conditioner. This treated the tap water to take out the harmful chemicals and metals. Cycle - This cycled my new tank in 24 hours. Cloudy water to start with then crystal clear. I did a dip test on day 3 and all levels are fine and within a healthy range. I think 3 days to fully cycle a new tank is good going.

Fluval Cycal
Great products and will give you a very healy aquarium if you follow the instructions. The tank will get very cloudy for at least 2 weeks due to bacterial bloom but that's a good thing

Hi, I tend to use the branded stuff, ive had fish on and off over the years, so trying again and this has setup a new tank perfectly no issues, the shops have tested my water and my tank is cycled and now is stocked, a good treatment pack 😀

Water Conditioner is ok. Bio Booster is the wrong bacteria and a money spinner (you have to keep buying it)!
Water conditioner I don't have problems with, however the Bio booster I do! It is NOT bacteria that grows during cycling a new tank! (If you are new to getting fish and you don't know about cycling your tank first BE SURE to research so you don't poison your fish!). I was hoping this would give my cycling a 'booster' injection of the required bacteria that grows naturally.. though its not. I have searched the internet for which bacteria are in this though they do not seem to like to say, which is dubious. The bacteria is called Nitrospira which this boost doesnt seem to have. Another issue I have with this is that the bacteria that are in here die of after a short time, hence you have to keep adding it in every week... making you have to keep buying this product. This product wont hurt your fish at all and 'might' help them survive, if you do a fish-in cycle, though I fully recommend you thoroughly research bio booster and bacterial additives BEFORE buying this. If you need them, there are a few with the RIGHT bacteria. I have use it in my tanks for the first 3 days though I will not be adding it anymore. I will only be using the Water Conditioner from now on.
