EVERYTHING you need for your podcast.
First off I want to say I’m not a professional audio engineer I’m not a professional recording artist I’m a average person with a podcast and a lot to say. So when I first started my podcast I had no idea what I was getting in to as far as equipment needed, microphone technique, gain, sound quality, EQ’s, DAW’s, XLR, DSP, and the list goes on just to record a podcast. I’ve started with a USB microphone and then I needed to upgrade my audio quality so I got a audio interface and then I switched to a XLR mic and a Mackie profx10v3 and the more I added to my show the more I needed and then after months of exhaustive research and so many different mics and interfaces and just months of experimenting I stumbled upon the “connect 6” and this audio interface does everything anyone would ever need to record a podcast. First off if your not experienced in audio production this thing does all of that for you and it does an amazing job with a click of a button. It senses your surrounding noise levels and adds things like compression and expansions to get the absolute best audio based off your recording environment. After that it sets your EQ and gain perfectly so there’s no guess work and it gives the artist confidence in literally 20 seconds. So between the auto set-up and the almost limitless options in routing accessories and putting everything into your DAW this thing is all I need for a long time. This is without a doubt the best thing to buy when first starting a podcast or any kind of streaming channel. As far as using it for instruments that’s a no-go it’s clear Lewitt didn’t design this interface for recording instruments, this is specifically for podcasting and streaming anything into a computer and I would even say it’s more targeted for podcasting. I can run my mic into one channel and then my sound board into the aux input and have my phone into the mobile input for recording remote guests and still have a whole other input for another XLR microphone. And there’s so much more you can do. And ladies and gentlemen this doesn’t even include the software it comes with called the lewitt “control center” that is basically your mixer board to control everything. Look, if you’re recording a podcast and you don’t have time to sit and master audio engineering then this is the best thing on the market hands down. I’m really excited Lewitt made this because it set the bar so high as far audio interfaces that other companies are gonna have their work cut out for them to beat this and that means the consumers benefit from these innovations. Good job Lewitt and thank you I’m so pleased with their audio interface I bought their Lewitt 440 pure microphone to make my podcast set-up complete. Get this interface I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Wow just wow
For being new in the audio-face market they killed it with this. Loving every second of it. Set up is straight forward and has an auto set up which is actually pretty darn good. Light weight and portable if that your thing, mines stay right on the desk. Can actually connect two pcs to this. Only negative I can think of is a minor one for me is the all plastic build but don’t let that push you away from this great device. Oh yea and you have gain for days on this baby. No boosters needed.

Great for 2 computers
I bought this when looking for a replacement for my MOTU M2 interface. The M2 started to cut out regularly and i had to restart it a lot. I saw several Youtube reviews about this interface and how good the sound quality was, so I decided to give it a try.Setup was a breeze just using all the default settings for my main computer with an XLR microphone and studio monitors. I used the second device port for my Webex Desk terminal. The Webex Desk was able to use this interface as if it were a USB headset. With control center, I was able to setup a second loopback channel and configure things in such a way where my Webex sound didn't feedback into my main computer.

stopped working in 12 hrs.
first time I plugged it in, it worked. Woohoo! Then, came into my studio the next day - dead.could be an awesome unit - inputs were well made, good connectivity. Overall, pretty light plastic construction.sad, but learned a lesson. Don’t buy interfaces from untrusted companies.

Fantastic
This audio interface is very good and gives you a lot of options I do find compared to other interfaces that use software. This one is very basic. It offers no de-esser and no reverb and there are others that are cheaper than this that offer way more in-depth functionality.

Awesome Audio Interface!
It’s been a little over 3 months now using this connect 6 audio interface and I have to say for $300 you can’t beat how easy it is to use once setup properly, literally plug & play lol and I watched a few YouTube reviews about it before I decided and haven’t looked back, you don’t need a fancy mic either to sound like you’re in a studio as I paired this with the lewitt 440 pureHope this helps any new artists coming into music!

LOVE this interface!
It’s very easy to use. Just plug and play and the software application it comes with is very intuitive as well. Been using it just a couple days so far but I’ve impressed with how clean it sounds on my vocals with my SM7b! You can crank the preamp gain without any hiss noise. I’m excited to try the effects that are built in as well and I just love how small and compact it is. Would definitely recommend to other songwriters!
