RosewoodBoredom Breaker Rat Rope Bridge, Toy for Small Animals

Bought this as a ladder of sorts for my 4 boy rats to use to get to different cage levels. One big plus is that it's HUGE and adjustable so it was great for my set up which is a bird flight cage adapted for rats.At first they were a bit reluctant to walk on it but I found that that was because it felt a bit slack. Thats where the versatility of this product shows. The knots can be untied or you can tie more to tighten or loosen/lengthen the rope. Once I tied another knot, the ratties were using it no problem.So far, my boys haven't chewed or peed on it but I imagine if they did scent mark it would be difficult to clean as it's rope material. Another slight issue I had was that one of the plastic screw cap things to attach it to the cage wouldn't tighten up. Luckily I had spares from previous cage stuff but this could be a problem otherwise.

It doesn’t specify you’ll get a green and brown one in the description and the only option is to return and reorder (which will then result in the same problem). You will not get the purple so it’s not worth it

Once my rats got more confident, they loved running up and down this rope ladder. Will probably buy another to add to their cage.

Clearly states that the rope is purple and picture is of a purple rope, but I received green. Would not have purchased as we specifically wanted purple.

My rats love this rope toy. It's attached to their cage as a sort of bridge from a shelf to a hammock and they climb up and down it a lot. It's just wide enough for them to run along.The plastic parts that attach the rope to the cage are good enough to do the job but don't necessarily stay straight, so they look a bit odd. They were easy to attach though and hold securely.The picture shows a yellow rope, but the one I received is purple. This is fine, as I prefer it to the yellow one, but it would be nicer to be able to select a colour myself.

My young rats love running nd balancing along this rope, I've even bought another one I the same week!They are quite long, but for me or I should say for my rats as they a massive two story cage and they fit in perfect!!Easy to use and good quality.Will probably by more!

I received the purple one and it fits across the whole of my rat cage which is just what I wanted.
