Spoiled: Book 1 (Kimberly the Cat Series. Funny Christian Adventure, for kids ages 8 to 12.)

Delightful and thoughtful.
Kimberly is wonderfully depicted as a snobbish cat who learns about loving and being loved despite lacking worldly wealth. Her character arc is well done. Her edited thoughts are amusing. Anyone who knows cats and their personalities will appreciate this charming story. Thanks, Rob.

So GOOD!!!
This book was so good- for EVERYONE. I enjoyed reading it as much as my 8 year old granddaughter enjoyed listening. In fact, she begged me every night to continue reading! (Because I liked the book so much I would have loved to! But, it was school nights.😕) My granddaughter and I are proud Christians but this book doesn't knock you over the head with biblical quotes or anything like that. It's entertaining, thoughtful, and in the end it teaches a good moral. Needless to say we are now reading "Lavish", the second book in the series. I HIGHLY recommend the Kimberly series!

OMGosh, I need the next books NOW!
This is the cutest book! I'm just shy of 60 years old, and this little story was such a fun read! I'm looking forward to getting the next two in the series ASAP, so I can see what else the furry heroine gets into! If you're looking for a lighthearted, yet sometimes touching, escape from the harsher things in life, you'll find it here!

Nice story with good message.
Written from a cat’s point of view, Kimberly the cat had her ups and downs adventure to figure out the real happiness (as a cat). The spoiled cat lost all of her luxury and taste the mediocre lives that she despised. Along the way she made new friends, experienced new stuffs, and find out what she she really want. The story presented in language that easy to understand for children and showed some thoughts and send good message. Some problems in the story though, like one of the character avoided eating to be skinny although it may happen in real life for some 12 year old somewhere, I’m afraid it might send wrong vibes or be taken wrongly. Also some words like ‘fat mouth’ I found it a bit inappropriate for children to say about someone even though that someone is not exactly a nice person. But overall the book is good reading material and with parental guidance or supervision young readers will get the right message the story try to send.

Read for a friend
I read this to see if a friend’s kid would enjoy it and I absolutely know she will! This the cutest story and although I’m an adult I will definitely be reading the rest of the series!

Yes!
Finally, a Christian series that has cover graphics that doesn’t necessarily look like it! (Seriously, why do so many Christian novels look like they’re from the 80s?) The first thing my daughter said was, “Mom, this looks like a book you normally wouldn’t let me read!” I’m so happy this exists and my daughter enjoyed the book too! Happy customers!

So cute!
Cute story! Except for Fred the fish. Just didn't like that part for some reason. I could believe the cat thoughts, but not the fish, so funny.
