As good or better than OE at half the price.
Just installed these on my Land Rover Lr4 with a set of Ac Delco rotors. These pads have a very linear / smooth braking feel to them with a good initial bite that is not too agressive. Every bit as good as the stock Land Rover pads at half the price. These still make quite a bit of dust however. So if your looking for something that is not going to make your wheels dirty, these are not much better than the stock pads in that regard.

OE replacements
The fit was perfect. I took off OE Land Rover TRW/Ferodo pads @90k miles. These have a larger pad material area, which should improve braking performance. The clips fit great and even had replacements bolts w/locktight. No weird noises or squeaking yet. I would highly recommend for those on a budget.
