Perfect as cycling glasses for the smaller face.
My wife needs cycling glasses and has a small face. Which is why we looked for some glasses for her. It was a bit trial and error, but these do the job really well. The bifocal aspect also means she can read her Garmin. They don't look like safety specs either (or she wouldn't wear them).Cheap cycling specs with bifocal lenses, for this price? Come on!

Excellent for the price.
These are ideal for any activities that needs sunglasses and where you switch between distance vision and close up. I use them for sailing and driving. The magnifying part of the lens is a bit intrusive (it extends further up than I would ideally like) but these are a good second best to the Maui Jims that I bought for nearly ten times the price. Excellent value and excellent service.

Good functionality at great value.
I bought these VoltX glasses to help read the screen of my GPS unit when cycling. Although my vision is fine at a distance, I need a bit of help with close up work. Using safety specs also means that should an errant bumble bee (or stone chip) be heading towards my eyeball, I have some protection.I've found the specs to be well-fitting; they neither squeeze my temples nor do they slip off when my head's tilted forward. They've been lightweight and comfortable to wear, even on rides of several hours. I'd prefer it if the magnifying section at the bottom of the lenses was slightly larger, but that's my preference of course.Importantly, these glasses are really good value and nowhere near the cost as a pair of sports sunglasses with similar functionality. When you're as forgetful as me and likely to ride off leaving the glasses on a fence post after stopping to admire the view, these specs represent a much more economical, albeit regrettable loss. Now I just need to order a pair with clear lenses for the darker days of winter!

OK.
These are good safety glasses. The shading is effective, but not too dark. The wrap-around effect means that very little light leaks in from the top, bottom and sides. They are light-weight and can be worn for hours on end. They are comfortable and stay in place - even when bouncing around on a bike. They're inexpensive and could be replaced when the (inevitable) lens scratches become annoying. Overall, I'd say that they hit the mark. Despite all this, the glasses didn't quite work for me. I bought them to use while riding my motorcycle but the curved arms mean it' difficult to get them on with a full-face helmet and the bifocal elements are very low, that you have to really tip your head back to look through them.

Really useful sports style bifocal sunglasses for cyclists
We bought these for use while cycling to save swapping over to reading glasses to see maps etc when out and about. The small bifocal area at the bottom of the lenses does not detract from distance viewing, and is certainly good enough for the limited reading use or seeing small detail at moments of need, but I do swap back to my normal readers when doing more actual reading for a greater time.Well made and far cheaper than sportswear branded cycling glassesRecommended

Brilliant for cycling
These are excellent for cycling. The reading part is big enough (and very clear) that I can read my route instructions without moving my head much, but not so big that it gets in the way of my forward vision for the road. very good face coverage, though if you had a small size ladies' face I would say they might be a little too big. Much better value than getting cycling specific glasses. They come with a cord, which is great. The only niggle is the loops that keep the cord on are quite a smooth not-so-flexible plastic, unlike the 'stickier' rubber / plastic you more usually get, so the loops slide down the arms. However there are little lugs near the ends of the arms so the loops don't actually come off.I also have a clear pair, and my other half has another in the range. Well pleased!

Very good quality and construction
Bought for cycling and also for driving in order to be able to read dashboard, cycle computer etc. Very good quality and construction. The wrap around style is pretty good for keeping the wind out of the eyes when cycling. Would recommend for any outdoor sports where reading glasses are required. I will also use them for skiing as reading piste maps would not be a problem and no need to carry seperate reading glasses around. As a genera pair of sunglasses, they work very well and keep out the glare and UV protecgtion is pretty good.

I need reading glasses these days so this choice of bifocal at the bottom of a tinted lense works just great for me
As sunnier days were coming I decided to look around for a replacement pair of bifocal sunglasses and this pair seemed to fit the bill!!As I run three or four times a week, I need to be able to see my watch and smartphone for the latest information. Wearing varifocals is just not practical while running I find! Also, I need the advantage of sunglasses as I always seem to be turning the corner into the sun, lol, which can catch one out if not prepared!I need reading glasses these days so this choice of bifocal at the bottom of a tinted lense works just great for me. I chose a magnification that was just a bit more than what I have for my normal readers, as I figured my glances at the watch wouldn't be a struggle if the digital numbers were larger. The glasses fit my head(which is of a larger size, lol) to a point where they don't slide around while in action mode. Just what most sporty types would require! The adjustable strap is very useful and a welcome extra, as when the glasses are not required for a short amount of time, they can be removed from the face to hang on ones chest. The storage case is good quality, being hard outside to give some protection against crushing, whilst the inner is soft so as not to damage the lenses. All in all, I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for the advantage of having readers, sunglasses and sport design all in one unit at a very reasonable price.I hope this review helps some of you, who, like me, have never heard of this combination before and didn't know there was something like this on the market! All the best,Robin
