Good , but water pouch to heat up is small and doesn't last long . Guess this is good as you don't exceed the time you steam your face . Heats up fast and easy to clean up. User friendly and easy .

Easy to use

Excellent facial steamer for the price. I was annoyed by the products that had been reviewed favourably after having been received as gifts, so I chose this one simply because I wanted to support the underdog, so to speak. No worries. The steamer is sturdy and runs for at least 20 mins, on 'high', without refilling. Which is plenty of time for a good facial. I throw a herbal tea-bag in, to make it smell nice. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this model.

it didn’t exactly bring my blackheads to the surface after 3 uses but did help my sinus infection so thumbs up

An excellent product, lightweight but still seemingly well made, does exactly what it says, facial sauna or, as I had bought it for, to use as an inhaler to keep my chest clear when I had a cold. Works well, good value for money, arrived very quickly, am happy with both the product and service from this seller. Happy to recommend both.

I bought this for my teenage daughter to use before removing blackheads with suction device. Works like a dream. She uses it religiously every weekend and her skin is looking beautiful. She read the instructions for use herself, really simple. She also loved the little manual blackhead removal set. As a bonus, purple is her favourite colour and this is lilac. All round happy.
