The book covers the most important themes and aspects of soft leadership skills: a reference and pragmatic toolkit to be used anytime or as a point for further exploration!

This book has become an angel on my shoulder- my go to for preparing for leadership coaching sessions. The book is packed with goodies The best way to read it is to take it in small chunks - select a leadership skill, read a few pages, let it digest, and then make it your own. This gets me grounded prepared. My favorite section SO FAR is the chapter on Stakeholder Management - a critical leadership skill. Rather then working from a blank page - Monica breaks down the complexity of the topic - with maps, powerful questions, and other tools that clients can embrace. Highly recommend! The review: The Complete Corporate Coaching Toolkit is indeed a ready reckoner ,rather a Bible and an Encyclopaedia for Aspiring/Practicing Coaches and Business Leaders to help coachees reflect,explore and experience Aaha moments as it is packed with a lot of exercises Hats off to Monica Jonsson for her painstaking efforts in chalking out an excellent curriculum comprising of 7 life changing topics touching every facet of the challenges the modern day leaders face ,helping them to identify their blind spots and in the process helping them to reinvent themselves through the well designed self reflective toolkits . If a leader were to get an aerial view of his/her map of life ,then this toolkit will help him/her to identify the grey areas and ,thereupon ,the coach through an interactive process will help such leaders/coachees to to make these grey areas look more green. Monica Jonsson, through this toolkit of hers is indeed a Messiah for coaches who will be able to effectively co partner with the coaches/leaders to put them on a truly empowering and transformative journey!
