My occupational therapist advised me in taking this treatment as clever way to support the body while pushing out of the system toxins and heavy metals intoxication both liver and bloodIt does work as I can feel itThe cleaning process makes you tired, that is a sign that works.Advice from my therapist: support your body and mind while cleaning yourself by gentle strolls in the countryside and go to bed early.

Good product
It is good,i could feel some effects,as being more energised and rested in the morning....Of course,like with any supplement,you have to take it for 2-3 weeks to feel the change.Taste is bitter,as you expect from Shilajit,but after few times,you get used to it.Only downside is that on room temperature,it will stick to the blister,so it's better to keep it in the fridge.❄☃️❄

Perfect size and strength for Shilajit supplementation.Shilajit is the perfect supplement to combat deficiencies and poor farming practices that we now face today; this supplement is exactly what you want, the tablets are in the correct size and they 'hit' you as soon as it touches your tongue. This is proper Shilajit and at a great price too.

Some of the tabs very very sticky and not usable.
Seems to be a bit hit and miss whether they can be used. Extremely pungent taste, not sure if there is any benefit!

Cheap and cheerful, more convenient than carrying a big jar around - great for when out and about. A little box of pills in a box with foreign language on it. What could possibly go wrong?

Instruction: Adults take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Period of use: 1 Month. The application can be repeated 2-3 times.
Safety Warning
Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Cool, dry and out of direct sunlight out of the reach of small children.
