I like to stay healthy and have tried other “colon cleanse” / “detox cleanse” supplements before. I was expecting a similar.. shall we say... system purge.. but did not get that with this supplement. Instead I just seemed to feel healthier inside and didn't feel as lethargic/tied as I used to. 5 stars!

Generally pleased with this product, they usually do the trick, and are gentle in their action. Good ingredients.

Detox??
I could not see any benefit from this course of treatment. even after drinking plenty of liquids, I still got constipated at times too. I have done many detoxes with various formulas & fasting too over a period of 38 years.

Even my girlfriend said that I seem " more bouncy than usual !" It feels that way too. My system feels cleaner , I'm breathing better for some reason and my skin has improved. Does not work for me.
This does not work for me and has been a complete waste of money. I should have read between the lines of those reviewers who highlighted speedy delivery and said nothing about the product.
