Other picks don’t fit
I got this thinking I could refill it when needed with other brands of picks. I was wrong and the case is sized to specifically fit only this brand of picks, so I returned since I don’t want to have to buy this brand for refills.

Good, but not sure if reuseable
I got this with the thought of refilling it. None of my flossers fit and I'm not particularly fond of the ones it comes with since it's a single string.

Thicker Than I Can Use
I'm used to the Dentek flossers and found these are too thick to fit under my bridge. I love the little holders and would have bought their refills but the description that it works for bridges is not true in my case.

Case Problems
Case is really hard to open and snap closed. If you don't close it just right the contents spill out in your pocket or purse.

Doesn't fit all plaques
This product only fits certain plaques. It didn't fit any of the ones that I had. I returned the product for a refund
