Pain relief for a while

These get a little warmer than the popular heat patch, only issue I have is the same as with all heat patches, the glue sticks too well and they are hard to get off. I have taken to sticking them the wrong way around so they stick to my clothes (pants) instead of my skin, I also will tuck my vest inside to stop too much direct contact when they get too hot.

Easy to use and does help with back pain but dors not totally relieve it unfotunately.

This is a great therapeutic relief for those with bad back or neck pain. I'm an office worker, and often sit in front of a computer all day, and therefore my joints often feel tight, stiff, and sometimes I get muscle pain. This is a great way of helping to relief your tired, sore and tight muscles without taking any medications.I used it overnight in most cases, just left it there whilst I slept, and woke to much more relaxed muscles and less pain.

Ended up with sarcoma in my calf and the radiotherapy has lead to fibrosis.This means with the cold weather my remaining muscle will tighten massively and that kicks off neuropathic pain on top of the tightness pain, anyway this product stops the tightening and is very effective with the zero temperatures. A colleague at work had back pain so I mentioned this product and she loved it too.
