Ive multiples sizes of both types of their foam rollers and I love them!!!! They are solid and hard not squishy like the ones I had 10-15yrs ago which were useless. I have a connective tissue disorder called generalized hypermobility spectrum disorder, myofascial pain syndrome, scoliosis, severe facet arthritis in my spine, and my vertebrae & ribs come out of alignment to name only a few disabilities. So needless to say I need to use the rollers 3-4 times a day for hours at a time. I really looooove the bumpy black one because it hits all the right trigger points on my back, legs, butt, stomach, and over & under my ribs. I also lay over the top ball part of it to get under my ribs to my diaphragm. It's very impressive, extremely useful and beneficial for my body and my treatment plan. I do about 80% of my advanced physical therapy at home so these rollers help me so very much!!!

This product is for advanced users and gym goers. Average people will not find this to be a very comfortable roller.

It is way too hard ! It hurts , maybe an advanced user is better off with it. Bought a different one and I love it

Poor quality. Also, This is a knock-off of the Rollga Roller design and functionality, but Doesn’t work like a Rollga Roller at all. Customer service is not helpful
