Very good value for money

I ordered this for use in the nursing home I work in, it works brilliantly but I had a bit of an issue where the numbers were rubbing off the second time I used it and by the third time quite a few of them were illegible. I contacted their customer service and within 3 days had received a replacement set of balls. I was so impressed with the company's phone customer service and how quickly they resolved my issue.

It's OK, works OK, the balls fling off the slide, but who cares, it picks my random lotto numbers that'll make me a millionaire one day..

Loads better than the plastic ones not as noisy, and the boards are bigger so is better for people that can’t see that well, kids love it 🥰 but would say for advice you have to make sure you turn it quick or the ball falls out up the top and not at the bottom but all good

Nice sturdy set but there are only 75 rather than the usual 90 balls. Limits the game and the use of other bingo tickets

I was really disappointed with this bingo set. I assumed this was a normal set with 90 numbers but was we started playing I realised there was only 75 it rather spoilt the game. Would like a refund.

This is brilliant,grandkids are 7 and 9 ,great wee family game , everyone loves being the bingo caller, helps them with numbers lol

I loved the idea of this set and bought it to play bingo over a video call with multiple family households to cheer my Grandmother up as she couldn’t get out. The box was packed well and the items were all included and so set up ready for the fun.Unfortunately the fun didn’t last long, there seems to be a problem either the way this dispenses the balls. Some would come out fine but some would be released way out of sync and so resulted in balls ending up rolling away and leading to frustration rather than fun. I did try different speeds but unfortunately the same result occurred.Item was sent back four weeks ago and as yet still waiting for refund. In the end I bought a different style from a different retailer which works great and so have managed to get some games in. I think with a slight adjustment this product could be a great item too but as it is at the moment I wouldn’t purchase it again.
