Shorrocks Traditional Lancashire Cheese Bomb LARGE (x2) 460g

This cheese is a talking point on any cheese board. I buy it every Christmas, and also as a gift. It arrived well packaged and on time. I can highly recommend this cheese and the seller.

Having made cheese for a living and later working as a cheesemonger for a major supplier I have tried over 380 types of cheese from the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe and I can honestly say with hand on heart that this is the best cheese being produced in the UK. Its buttery yet with a spike to it. Its like it has three stages of flavour, each one complementing the last, which all together makes for an incredibly complex palet. It's an absolute joy. I try to convert people whenever I can and make it a safe go-to gift for anyone. Well played Sharrocks. Well played.

Had these every christmas for 4 years - it is a smooth creamy tangy cheese. All the family look forward to it.

Really unique shape of a cheese , wrapped in black wax, not tried it yet as for a gift. Long date on it .

Fiancée is crazy about Black bomber and he was happy munching on those, too. Recommend it. :)

I really like this cheese nice creamy taste, but last time i ordered the second cheese we opened it had mold inside meaby it was not sealed so the air goes in

Love this Lancashire Black Bomber cheese which was the centre piece of our cheeseboard at Xmas this year.Lovely creamy texture but mature flavour. Simply slice the top off and spoon it on to Scottish oatcakes and take a bite, yummy.

Arrived safely and fresh by post, straight into the fridge. Meant to be the heart of a cheeseboard at New Year's Day celebration. Covid has cancelled that so are enjoying it ourselves. Brilliant flavour!!
