Vanguard Porta Aim Gun Rests

Great and sturdy. Me & my partner go to the range so it was a little present for his birthday. It is completely adjustable for the height and will hold the gun with no problems.

This rest is great. Very study and easy to carry around. Height adjustment is simple to use and can be done 1 handed. Tripod legs fold out making it stable when shooting. I use this on a spring powered air rifle.

Nice piece of kit. Three things bearing in mind and stops it from being a five star review:A little confusing as the impression given that it may include the U-Yoke in the price. It doesn'tWould be nice to give it extra protection and provide a carry case/bag. No case.Reading other reviews about the screw tearing the bag it is disappointing that a screw cover is not provided

The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy well made. Good that rest comes away from main body so I can swap over to rifle clamp. 8 1/2" to12" with legs out . Overall agood bit of kit but would say a little overpriced could of been a tenner cheaper

I don't have a gun or go shooting however I do have a camera with a very heavy long lens and shot mainly wildlife and this is perfect to mount to a tripod or monopod with its 1/4 inch thread so when I'm out in the country side I can quickly place my lens onto the rest enabling me to take my time with lower shutter speeds because the rest and monopod take all the weight.

Really pleased with the Vanguard rest. I chose the u shaped yoke. It's really well made and sturdy. I have used it at the range and it's the best I've shot in a while. I'm that impressed with the yoke that I've bought one for my trigger sticks. Quality item.
