Warm can in lukewarm water before use for best performance. Great product, finishes as described, and easy to use.

I am in the process of building a guitar, I thought it be a fun thing to do in these times of self isolation. I digress. Guitar body nicely sanded, warm spray room warm, can warm and well shaken. All check..... 1st coat looked dreadful 2nd coat even worse, didn't seem to be sticking to the 1st, although I had sanded the 1st coat with 400grit paper. 3rd coat we have hit a problem, still not sticking to guitar. solution, sanded well back, bought another can of same paint. Redone guitar body exactly as first can. the result was outstanding. It covered well, sanded beautifully. almost too pretty to paint top coat on it. But I will....am......have done Why the difference in can quality I do not know. The conditions of the spraying were identical. So, I say that if you get this product, you bear this in mind. If your object you sprayed looks yucky and you think you created a monster paintjob, it may not be you, but the primer. I still would recommend this as the 2nd can did the trick.

Fantastic paint abd loveiy grey colour. Spray painted some watering cans - they look amazing!

Excellent product - does exactly as it says. Used it to treat plywood sheets and it covered evenly. Be warned though - the wood soaked up the spray easily and I ended up having to allow twice the basic coverage to obtain a uniform finish.

Easy to use and a lovely Matt finish ... coverage on bare wood was less than advertised so ended up buying another tin but so much better than seeing brush strokes. Colour on cap accurate

Bought this to re-spray some chrome bodywork on my car. Having lightly sanded the glossiness of the parts the paint went on very well and had good coverage. After about 3 coats the finish was about right - couldn't live up to the black paintwork of the car, but from a distance looks close enough. Would buy again.

I've bought this paint from Amazon Prime in the past and it's always been fine however this last batch of primer came from Westhoughton Hardware and there was a problem with both cans as the spray nozzles had no definition and just sprayed a light mist into the air, no good for painting at all. I called them to ask for replacement but all I was told over and over again was how many they sell every week, no one would listen to me regarding the cans not spraying properly and no one was interested in sending out replacements. I am now stuck with two useless cans of paint and cannot get anyone at Westthoughton Hardwre to take my complaint seriously. I have looked at the cans and they are old stock, so clearly they are buying in old stock and dumping it on Amazon to sell at full price. I will now be getting my plasti-kote from other suppliers! Steer clear of buying plasti-kote paint from WESTHOUGHTON HARDWARE.
