Excellent product, nightmare packaging.
The product itself is a five stars, I finally found a brand and a type of supplement that works for me. The packaging is another story, it’s almost impossible to get through.

There’s different reasons to use fiber in your diet
I always thought fiber made you go to the bathroom more often, but that’s not necessarily the case. If you would like to increase firmness with loose stools, this is a great and inexpensive product to do so.

2175Mg is the serving size (3 capsules)
I thought I was getting a bargain when I looked at the milligrams on the label. However, the 2175 Mg listed on the outside of the bottle is not by capsule but by serving size (3 capsules) so each capsule is actually 725Mg meaning there are 90 capsules but only 30 servings per container. Tricky advertising there, especially if others aren't doing the same thing. Otherwise, the capsules looked like psyllium husks that I have bought in the past from other vendors.
