I was sceptical of this working because its so cheap, I was wrong it Worked a treat, simple to install, my phone is like new again,wish I'd done it sooner.

If the trackball on your Blackberry is giving you grief don't struggle with it, dont pay top price for a repair, dont buy a new phone. Purchase this item. With your finger nail or a very small screwdriver carefully prise up and remove the chrome bezel. Turn the phone over, a slight tap with your finger on the back of the phone and the old trackball will fall out. Turn phone over again drop in new trackball and new bezel (take note of position of small fingers on bezel). When in correct position a slight press and it clicks into place. Job done! The job is much much easier than writing this. Supplier of product is 110% You will have it finished before the phone could be sent away for repair.

Had a trackball go u/s on my Blackberry leaving me unable to access emails and text messages. Bought this and followed an instructional YouTube video clip on trackball replacment and had the 'phone back in use in about fifteen minutes.

very disappointed with the product it said it would fit to a blackberry pearl 8110. it did not. very flimsy and broke whilst trying to fit.was annoyed as usually i am really happy with my amazon purchases.

Trackball arrived well ahead of schedule, and exactly as described. It fit perfectly in my 8320 and took no time to replace the old one.I like the appeal of the black trackball, but kinda miss the original white when it's back lit. It responds pretty well but is not as grippy as the original on my BB. Not disappointed though this one does the job.
