PattyBoutik Women Ribbed Cascading Open Cardigan

Amazing cardigan. It looks so flattering. I'm pear-shaped & it totally hides my 'sticky-out' bits but would give apple-shaped women a bit of a waist & the way it drapes around the shoulders & onto the bust, it'd minimise a very large bust. The arms are quite tight so choose your larger option if you're between sizes & have big arms. My only quibble is that it's very thick, good quality so it's too thick to wear indoors often, at work, etc. It'll be a good evenings out cardigan in the spring/summer/autumn. The burgundy is quite a cool red, almost purple, not a warm wine red.

This cardi is really growing on me. The fit is great (I'm 5'5", 140 lbs, ordered a 12), the drape is quite nice - not too bunchy, and its not so long as to make me feel short. The sleeves are nice and long - they come a bit over my hands, which I like, but can be easy scrunched up the wrist to be out of the way. I'm not a huge fan of this kind of material (viscose / nylon) - it is soft, but not in a wooly / fleece-y way. The material is very stretchy... in fact, b/c it is very stretchy and heavy on the hanger - I've opted to just drape it over the hanger instead of hanging it from the shoulders - I've had other clothes made of this material... and they do stretch after hanging a long time. I'm also not usually a fan of this sort of ribbing, but its growing on me. I've only owned it for a month, so I can't say how it will wash / wear over time. I have found myself reaching for it a lot, it definitely fills a gap in my wardrobe.UPDATE (1.5yrs later): I still quite like this cardigan. It has pilled slightly under the arms (easy to fix with a fabric shaver). It has held its shape pretty well - I drape it on a hanger instead of inserting a hanger into the shoulders, and wash cold / line dry.

I have purchased several items over the course of this year ( 8 to be precise) and each item has arrived within the time expectancy indicated if not before and has been presented in beautiful packaging inside the normal high quality packaging I've come to expect with items from Amazon.The pictures from which I choose to buy are a great indication of how the item really does look when I'm wearing it and I have found the sizing to be good for me and in some instances on the slightly larger side. I particularly like the longer sleeves and tops that come below my waist.All my tops have been figure hugging and flattering - If you are looking to hide your beauty then these are probably not for you.

patty items are perfect. the materials are of excellent quality and adhere perfectly. I bought 9 different tops and all fit well. they were delivered on schedule. I'm happy to have bought them. I recommend them

Bought the maroon one, and wear the it at least once a week to work, the high collar and the colour makes it a stylish cardigan on a coolish day, it is quite thick material, give warmth. I have little hip definition, and the flowing design lends this to my silhouette perfectly.

Fabulous but only gave 4 stars because it is very expensive. The arms are tight too although they do have a lot of stretch in them. Don't buy this if you have fat arms! LOL! I absolutely love it though. So slimming and flattering. Hangs like the photo. Very warm and good quality material. I am now a Patty convert!

I really liked this but within a few washes it was coming apart at the seems. Real shame as I have bought other clothes from them and been thrilled

Beautiful cardigan. It’s way more expensive looking than the purchase price and it’s soft and lays nicely. It’s a fitted look and I’ve gotten several compliments on it. Very versatile as well in that you can wear it w a swoop neck t, nice lacey cami to make it a little fancier. Super happy w this purchase!

Really happy with this cardigan - it’s exactly what I was looking for. I have an hourglass figure and wanted a cardigan that had some shape to it, and this was perfect. It’s fairly heavy and I think it’ll be nice and cozy for the upcoming cold months. One thing that surprised me was how long the arms were - like they’re comically long, going all the way to my fingertips. As a 5’ 11” woman I rarely have this issue, usually the opposite! It’s easily remedied by folding the cuffs and it looks fine. I ordered the XL and I think I could’ve done with the L; the shoulders hit a little wide on me which may contribute to the sleeve length issue. Anyways - great quality, very versatile and classy piece in my opinion.

This sweater is exactly what I was looking for. It's nice and thick and feels like good quality, and the flared design gives it a very flattering look. The sleeves are nice and long too, which I often struggle with as a taller person. I'm 5'10", 34D, ~180 lbs. and ordered a medium and it fits great. I'm excited to keep wearing it throughout this fall and winter.
