can you get updates from autel main dealer

No.... I only realised it was a clone once I purchased this system and rang Autel UK about a dpf issue. They confirmed the MaxiCOM wasn't their system. That said, it's does work and it updated this week automatically. I'm still undecided to return it but except for the obvious reason why, it's doing everything I'm asking. Including deleting the elusive Audi Inspection light that supposedly only official VAG software can do

I've purchased this to regenerate a Mercedes sprinter 313 2013 dpf. It lists it but doesn't work on the UK version. Is there a download?

I fitted a 100ah yuasa battery but can't code/register it any ideas welcome before i send this back.

Have you checked there are no faults in your IBS system? Checked all connections? R u 100% sure you car requires battery coding? Obviously I don't know what car age, model etc to know if it requires it. R u sure you have the correct battery type e.g. agm? So many reasons why this might fail before you condemn this tool. Have you sent a soppurt request to Autel asking how to work out if the product is at fault or the car/ battery?
