Seems to be working been on it for 3 months and my bald spot has gone at the back of my head and the thinning area in the middle of my head is a bit more thicker. However I've also at the same time been using the own brand caffeine solution and shampoo from super drug in addition to taking vitamin A tablets which are supposed to be good for hair and L'Oréal thickening shampoo mixed in with the caffeine shampoo. I've tried many things before including regaine for a 3 month trial which did not work. So I decided to go a bit mad and try all of these things at once and with each passing month it seems to be getting better I've even had someone accuse me of having a hair transplant!. UPDATE Stopped using it for a few months and gained a new bald spot on the back of head so I've decided to make it a permanent fixture so I guess this product was the one making my hair grow as a side effect you will get increased hair growth in other places you groom seems to make your nails grow faster as well. But hey I'm not bald anymore so that's a bonus.
