Q: This is for the seller. Need to be clearer about thread dimensions. You say 1inch but callipers show 32mm. Are you referring to depth of thread?

Thanks for your question. We have a picture in our product pics show for customer reference, we use a standard size and its 1 inch is about 33mm(Actual measurement tolerance).

Q: Why does it start to heat up then goes cold again?

Q: Does this element did a bulk end fitting to connect to the tank?

It's got a normal immersion heater (BSP?) end whatever that is.

Q: What is the maximum temperature? And how long will it take to heat?

Given enough time it will boil the water. How long depends on how much water. For a kettle full it will probably take about 10 times longer than a 2000w element.
