Definitely recommend for let-down function & electronic display
Everything is great about this machine - let down function when starting a session is especially useful to stimulate production, as is the timer, as is the control over suction speed and pressure. It's amazing for the price! Especially considering more expensive models do not all have an electronic display. The flanges may not fit but have nice cushions around the edge so if they fit they're likely to be superior to other flanges g hopefully you are lucky enough to suit one of the sizes supplied with the machine! I have a large cup size (L to M cup post-partum) and Lansinoh recommended over the phone that Medela flanges do fit on this machine so I use those. They are launching a bigger size soon they said. Angela at Lansinoh even offered to refund me due to this so the manufacturers customer service us great. Glad I stuck with this though even with the flange size issue! The bottles are a bit too long for my personal comfort so I use Tommee Tippee adaptor rings and attach their Express & Go milk pouches. Again this could be me as I'm not an average-sized. The machine is great and I prefer it to several others. Definitely recommend.

A great pump for a new mum
This pump is great. It has a really effective stimulate setting for the let down and different styles of sucking action with different strength. Its really easy to use too. Just a couple of buttons. I would recommend getting a pumping bra so you can be handsfree.I just give it all a wash at the end and stick it in the steriliser ready for the next pump. You can store the milk in the bottles provided. I realised recently that MAM bottles screw onto the pump so I pump directly into there too.You can attach the lansinoh breastmilk bags to the pump but I found it splits the top of the bag so I don't do that.A good product and definitely got my money's worth.

It works, but isn't comfortable to hold.
Like:Not complicated to operate.Bottles come with a teat in case you want to bottle feed after an express.Has plenty of speeds and modes to suit your express needs. It works, expresses milk okay.Relatively quiet operation though there is noise, it's quite rhythmic so doesn't disturb baby.DislikesBiggest issue is holding the two bottles while expressing. After 10 minutes it's quite painful on shoulders and back.Getting the cups to suction on is quite fiddly in the beginning. There's no way to seal the bottles after a pump so you risk knocking the milk over and it spilling everywhere if you don't sort it as soon as you've expressed. (With a crying baby you can't always get them quickly sorted). It's fiddly to try and suction the cups onto yourself and try press start as your hands are tied up holding the bottles in place over your nipples.Parts are a bit fiddly to attach togetherCleaning the lid isnt easy as you can't get a brush through the holes where the milk goes.

Perfect
I love this pump! I’d bought a manual one before the baby arrived but after having problems with feeding in the hospital and needing to express regularly, we quickly realised we needed an electric pump as the manual was a lot if work for frequent use. I found this more effective than the hospital grade pumps, comfortable, super easy to clean and set-up, and it was reasonably priced. Another major plus - no leaking!!! And I think you can attached the Lansinoh bags directly to the pumps but I haven’t tried this yet. So impressed I’ve recommended it to my pregnant friends!

Regretted buying this
Regretted buying this product and spending that much money on it. Milk output with it was not good at all and it looks like the product developed a fault within a week of use as there is now a constant clicking sound and milk output even worse. It is also quite cumbersome and difficult for it to stay in place without an appropriate pumping bra. Cleaning it is a nightmare with many different parts. The valve is poor quality and 2 broke within a week of use (they give couple spares but not good for the price paid). Overall, it was my worst purchase to date and regretted spending so much money on this.

Fantastic double pump
Purchased after having a few issues breastfeeding my newborn. Milk came in quite slowly but this double pump have been a life saver as I am able to express a full feed in 15-20 minutes. Defintiely worth getting the storage pouches and / bottles to supplement the pumps. The kit comes with two bottles and two sizes of breast funnels. The device operates on mains power or batteries (not included). There is also a decent sized travel bag to store everything in.You can operate as a single or double pump so you can express one breast whilst feeding with the other should you desire. It is a little fiddly to operate when both pumps attached especially if you lose the vacuum as you end up with a dribble down your top.Overall a must have purchase for any new or expectant mother looking to breastfeed but having problems with flow.

Better than the hospital pump!
Honestly couldn’t recommend this pump enough! I am 4 days postpartum, milk only came in today and I got ~60ml from my first use. Prior to baby being born i really struggled with hand expressing colostrum so didn’t have high hopes for my milk, but can already tell this pump is going to be a life saver! I used the hospital pump a couple of times and this is definitely better!

Decent pump but flanges are not designed properly
My only gripe with this product is that the flanges have not been designed properly. They also only offer a small and large size and do not come in an XL so if you have large areolas or nipples you will be in discomfort. I found that my nipples were constantly being tugged which caused quite a bit of pain. Also as the flanges are not angled downwards you end up with back pain while pumping as you have to lean forward to ensure the milk pours into the containers. It's a design flaw so I ended up purchasing pumping pals flanges which are designed better. However definitely not an additional expense you should have to make. Therefore it's not really good value for money. Also suction could be better it's not anywhere near as strong as a baby. On the plus side it's easy to clean.
