This is a great little machine, simple to use, and it makes perfect omelettes. I use one large egg (with milk) in each reservoir, and I get a beautiful, light and fluffy snack in around five minutes. Two minutes to pre-heat, an easy-open cool-touch lid, so you can check on your eggs and 5-6 minutes for a light brown finish. The non-stick surfaces are truly that, so the omelettes come away absolutely cleanly and the machine just needs a wipe with a damp cloth to clean it. This is one kitchen gadget which will be used again and again. I even bought a second one for my mum.

Makes great, fluffy omelettes. Much easier and better than using a frying pan, and easy to clean too. Three eggs and a splash of milk (plus seasoning to taste) blended in a jug is enough for two omelettes. Try adding a couple of Dairylea or Laughing Cow cheese triangles to each omelettes part way through cooking. .....Delicious!!

Been using the omelette maker for a week now and I'm quite impressed. It's a very simple device to use. Mostly I like simple omelettes so it's very quick and easy to whizz up 2 eggs, a splash of milk and a pinch of salt and pepper in a jug and pour it in. It only takes a few minutes even though I prefer to leave them in for a lot longer than the recipes say. You can put whatever you like in them though. My partner puts all sorts into omelettes. The unit heats up fast, cooks well, and cleans easily. It's a shame the hot plates can't be removed and put in the dishwasher but for the price I'm not worried. It's a great addition to the kitchen and hopefully I'll eat a little better now that making something I like is so very easy.

Great service as always from Amazon Prime regarding delivery & packaging. The omelette maker is very compact, stylish and extemely easy to use, made well and looks good sitting on a kitchen worktop. I bought the recommended omelette recipe book as well, my only criticism is that more cooking time is needed than specified on certain recipes.

For those of you wondering about its long-term use? I actually bought my Adrew James omelette maker in 2018. I only decided to write this review now after reading other reviews complaining about the non-stick coating coming off. I can only assume those who have had this issue are either using metal utensils in the unit or wiping it too hard with abrasives. To prevent scraping the non-stick surface, I have only ever used silicon or wooden utensils in mine. Then I simply give it a gentle wipe with a soft cloth after each use while it's still warm with a little soapy water. As a result, the non-stick coating on my omelette maker is still as non-stick 5 years later as it was the first on the day that I ever used it. Great little gadget that still makes perfect omelettes every time, highly recommended.

I received £15 in amazon vouchers for mothers day so decided to put that towards this product, with the mindset that if its not all that then its not the end of the world. Oh Wow, I absolutely love this, I have used it every day since it's arrival with all sorts of ingredients and each time I have had a perfect omelette and SO easy to clean. I do have a lot of gadgets however I can honestly say I have never been as instantly impressed by one as I have been with this. If you are looking for 1 go to, easy to use, easy to clean, can't live without product, look no further. Its fabulous
