WowWee 0420 R.E.V Robotic Enchanced Vehicles Toy

I bought these for my son for his birthday. They were very expensive when I first looked at them but they went down improve leading up to his birthday so I bought them. He lives that he can play them in his own battling the other car or it can be interactive, playing against someone else. It can be played in a smallish space but it is better when you have a bigger one (we played it recently in a large hall). The only negative thing I would say is that I question if I would think they were the same great value if I had paid £90 for them which was the starting price I saw.

The item is useful only for children aged 8 +. Nonetheless parent involvement is considerable and children need to be supervised 100% until they learn to manoeuvre the devices. We have bought the cars in April and by August the same year one of the cars developed a fault. It is unable to move in the straight line, but spins all the time because the wheel one one side doesn't spin. There is nothing obviously wrong with the wheel, so I think it is internal connections. In total they were used three times, we hadn't even run down the batteries on it. On closer inspection warranty is only available to the customers in USA and it is only 90 day long.So, my advice is to keep the money in your pocket if you are considering this item.

Santa bought these for my kids for Christmas and I'm very impressed. They're fast, robust, look great with the lights off and easy to setup. Couple of downsides - they're much harder to control than a normal remote control car due to the turning circle, however this doesn't detract from the fun and is an advantage in small rooms. More serious is that the app is prone to crash on startup. Hopefully wowwee will fix.

Absolutely brilliant. My boys absolutely love them- great for adults too. You can sit and battle each other and see who can defeat each other using your phones. The one player mode is very good against the computer is also very good and you can select different difficulty levels as well

These are a great, fun little toy.After receiving (and running to the shop to buy batteries!) we got these powered up and had a charge around the house.The cars are quite fast and are easy to set up and pair with the App. The app itself has some good options, including being able to change style of controls and sensitivity.Pros:- Fast, responsive cars- Good Price- Good App with good features.Cons:- Doesn't contain rechargeable batteries and BURNS through AA's.- firing the weapons is awkward - one thumb controls forward/back whilst the other controls left/right. Need a third thumb to fire or switch to single stick driving which is less responsive.- You need quite a bit of space as they do move around quite quickly

My 12 year old loves these! We had problems connecting them via Bluetooth to apple devises at the start, although Android connected right away, however they seemed to just start connecting later in the day. I'm not sure what we did differently but once they worked they are brilliant.

My 9 year old son and his friend love these two cars . They played with them non stop until the batteries ran out . Great on hard kitchen floor , not so good on carpet . They took a while to get used to the controls but after a while they were chasing each other around like real cops and robbers!! .He bought them after Christmas with his money and I think they were 50% off which made him even happier.

I bought this few years back, it was fun, one of the car's wheel gear broke after abusing by a small kid..when you play single player the AI on the AI car is very impressive, it can avoid any thing on its way, its just like a mini Tesla.Its interesting that I have not seen any thing better or same on the market, bought 2 more sets.. :)

Muy buenos coches , duros y con muy buen precio, gustan mucho a los niños. Deberían venir con mando para controlar

Item was defective and was returned in a week thru amazon drop off center.Its been 3 months and still waiting for refund.Disappointed....

Mein Sohn ist erstaunt. Er spielt mit ihm seit 2 Wochen und er ist noch nicht gelangweilt (das ist erstaunlich für mich). Zuerst haben wir es mit normalen Varta Batterien (und Akkus) benutzt, und es dauerte etwa 1 Woche Spiel mit c.a. 1-1,5 Stunden Spiel pro Tag. Zuerst ist es schwer zu spielen und mein 7 Jahre alter Sohn musste sich lehren, wie er diese Autos fahren kann. Ich würde es empfehlen.

Interessante anche se particolarmente difficili da comandare. Il sw non è molto intuitivo così come il modo di gestirle.Le batterie non durano molto, utilizzate quelle ricaricabili anche se con voltaggio inferiore.Richiedono spazi molto ampi e lisci (piastrellati) per essere utilizzate con soddisfazione.
