BioCare Pregnancy & Lactation Formula (Multinutrient) 60 Capsules

Has a strong smell which is not natural. First 2 days my stomach was funny after those. But after I seemed all right. Will finish taking them but won't buy again.

Have used for both pregnancies and after. I eat really well anyway so only been using one a day which is perfectly sufficient unless you eat no veg, fruit or have a meatless diet when I would double up as per instructions to make sure your B12 are high enough to ensure good absorbtion of iron.

Been using these for a month, they taste awful which is a downside of them.Not sure if they have helped with milk production but it’s worth a try.I probably won’t buy again as you have to take 2 a day.

This product was actually recommended by a midwife. She said it a better quality vitamin supplement compared to other brands. The lid comes off a little too easy for me but then it might just be me.

These were recommended to me by my midwife. Although it is hard to really tell exactly how much a vitamin is working, I have been feeling quite good since starting on these. They contain a lot more magnesium and zinc compared with the prenatal I was taking previously. I have also noticed that I get pins and needles in my hands/legs at night a lot less at night since starting these which I think is due to the higher magnesium dose.

Noticed no difference in my supply whilst taking these, in my opinion over priced compared to similar brands which offer pretty much the same values in vitamins. Also these absolutely stink, first tablet in my 31 years that's ever made me gag. Luckily no after taste, would not reccomend

I feel like these have really helped with milk production. I no longer feel like the baby is sucking the life out of me. Fighting fit and back on top form again!

The NHS website clearly states that you should not take vitamin A or a multivitamin that contains vitamin A while pregnant.WHY would you produce a multivitamin for pregnancy and lactation that contains vitamin A when you don't need to.
