I was raking just lions mane. For blood sugar which was helping me me greatly. However I wanted to see if taking a peri menopause combo would actually help all round. I started taking these not thinking I’d really notice, but I have been really pleased with how I’m doing. After about 2 weeks I started to feel so much more motivated and wanted to do the things I used to do. Although I don’t feel that they are as good for blood sugar for mood these are brilliant. I highly recommend taking mushrooms combo.

Wow, this product is incredible. I have only been taking them for about a week, and they have already improved my quality of life greatly. I now recommend these to all of my friends and colleagues, and I would advertise them if I were able to.Energy levels: My job can involve putting quite a few heavy loads of products away throughout the course of the day, and I am on my feet the majority of the time. Of course, I love my job, but I usually find myself physically-fatigued by the afternoon. However, following the serving sizes recommended on the package, 1-4 throughout the day, I find that I don't experience fatigue at all. My energy levels are so much higher and I would recommend these even just for that benefit.General anxiety: I am on 20mg Fluoextine for OCD in the form of intrusive thoughts, and general anxiety. In terms of anxiety, I often struggle with stress/general anxiety in public places, especially with large crowds. Of course, in this regard, it can never be cured by just medication, but I have found that when walking through the city centre and in busy shops, etc., my anxiety levels are lower than before, to the point that at their best, I feel close to neutral, and at their worst, they are still manageable. This may be different for each individual but I found these very helpful for general anxiety.Pain: I often experience pain in my arms due to issues with the plica. Thus, I avoid activities that I know trigger the pain, but there are still some days where they hurt. However, although the pain is still there on its worst days, these pills have helped to reduce the pain SIGNIFICANTLY. The pain is so much more manageable and I'm more able to continue doing whatever it is I need to do that day with no worries.Sleep: I usually wake up feeling groggy, tired, and just generally fatigued. However, with this product, I personally find that I awake feeling much more refreshed, a sensation that I have not experienced since I was much younger. I awake more often with a fantastic sense of clarity and this has greatly-improved my mornings.Dreams: I originally came across this product trying to find supplements to help me to lucid dream, but didn't see many reviews regarding this, so decided to take them as I was intrigued by the other benefits. However, this product has aided my recall of dreams, to the point that I can remember several storylines from the night before in enough detail to pen them in a dream journal. Incidentally, it could be a coincidence, but after a few nights of these supplements in tandem with reality checks and journalling of my dreams, I became lucid in the middle of a dream, and I remebered each dream of that night with good clarity. If one were to get a supplement specifically for lucid dreams, other supplements may be more suitable, but I found this helpful, and its benefits regardless of dreams make it worth it for myself, personally.Feedback: The only additions that I can think of-· Perhaps there should be a link to a document available on the page that displays any medications, if any, that may interact with this product. I personally was fine, but I would definitely have tried these earlier had I not been fearful of any potential interactions.· It would be helpful having links to articles showing the dosages at which the molecules in the supplements are effective, just to see how effective the pills are, and how they stack up against Time Health's other products.In conclusion, this product has greatly-improved my life in several ways, and I recommend it to anyone that would like to improve their health/wellbeing, be it physical or mental!

Everything spot on

I'm not one for writing reviews but I definitely had to pipe up when it came to this as I was so surprised at how quickly I felt the difference. I wasn't really expecting Christmas miracles when I bought this I thought that I would feel some kind of energy boost after maybe a month or two months and I have taken a mushroom complex before and it has little to no effect in regards to energy levels.But.. but.. BUT! I took my usual supplements in the morning. I usually wake up feeling really tired which stays around the same throughout the day. I don't drink coffee or anything like that to help. I just kind of live with it. Anyways, I decided to give the mushroom complex ago again. I saw this brand and read everyone's reviews and thought let me give it a whirl.. when they arrived I took two not long after my morning supplements and the energy boost that I felt was definitely noticeable. I wouldn't say it was life changing but considering I was feeling on a scale of 1 to 10 fatigue wise I was sitting at about a 4 when I first woke up. Then after taking the mushroom complex it boosted up to about a 6.5. I did think this was a placebo effect at first and I noticed later on during the day I did feel slightly fatigued again I'd say the 6.5 reduced to about a 5. So I decided to take two more pills before my pilates class and it definitely gave me the energy I needed to get through the session and kept me on a level plane until later on that night. I done this again the following day and did notice the same energy boost each time after taking the complex and have now been taken these for 3 days and each day I received the same energy boost. Obviously it is too early to say if there are any other benefits, but if you struggle with your energy levels then I would definitely recommend this. I'm sure there will be plenty of other benefits along the way. Time will tell but so far so good. And for the price you can't go wrong. vegan if that's your thing and not full of fillers like many other cheaper supplements. Will definitely buy again
