Really effective product and true to taste, perfect for instant energy recovery intake - easy to use however the size cup could be half the size as half cup is all you need making it difficult to judge dose (scales recommend) easy to dissolve with protein powder

Powder mixes really well and is easy to combine with other shakes during workouts. It gives that little extra energy boost when you need it most. Sadly hasnt added 20kg to my bench press, but it definitely helps push through those last few reps. Simple, effective way to get some quick carbs in around training, especially if you want a smooth mix without clumps or weird taste and wont break the bank.

Le pongo un 4/5 porque no he notado un plus de tirón en el entrenamiento como me esperaba. Creo que los suplementos a veces no son tan necesarios si cumples bien con la alimentación y el entrenamiento fundamental.
