Received it quickly, the expiry date is 05/21, so, plenty of time to use it up. It was sealed, and so on. One pill contains many essential vitamins, variety of B vitamins, even LactoSpore, which, I hope, will help with the gut. When you read the description, if the percent of the daily dose is not written (do not count LactoSpore into this), then it's only a trace of the indicated mineral in the tablet. L-Choline, L-Lysine and etc., the effective doses are 100 times higher or even much more than that. However, those substances are easy to get from food. More important, that they provide enough of all the other goodness.Haven't started using the product, so, cannot comment on the result. Usually I have no problems taking pills, no matter how large they are, so these will not be problematic either.

The composition is very good, the multivitamin appears to be of standard quality, nothing to complain about. The smell that some other reviewers mention is the usual smell that I've encountered with various other multivitamin brands; nothing unusual. The pill is smaller and thinner than some other brands I've tried, so it's not that unpleasant to swallow. I can feel a difference during the days when I forget to take a multivitamin, despite eating and living very healthily, so I can definitely vouch for the effectiveness of it. However, that might be an individual experience.

These tablets are ideal for my advanced age------not too strong and with a good variety of minerals. I shall keep taking one a day for the next 12 months.

Size & shape is good easy to swallow

Full of goodness, happy with my purchase... one small thing is they do smell like dog biscuits haha if you can get past that. They're fine.

These smell (and subsequently taste, when they repeat which they do) like a mixture of a backyard brewery on a summers day and various forms of death. Very yeasty and unpleasant.

Great product

Very good product has a lot more vitamin and mineral than some.
