After operations of intestinal, hormone areas trying to get all vits and mineral in was difficult.Therefore this is easy, will absorb without high ingestional processes. Place in your water bottle each day easy!

I was recommended this product in a health food shop as I am deficient in certain vitamins. Felt better within 4 weeks of taking this. I even used it for my teenager!

All the necessary b vitamins in one product and the amounts are low enough. Pleased with this product and I will buy it again. Does not taste bad and is easier than taking pills.

The taste and smell is not great however just put in juice and the problem is solved. .Think it is having an affect as it is methylated the body can absorb easier and needs less.

I don’t know if the bottle I received was faulty , or if biocare sells them that way , but MY GOD , it stank like crazy .B vitamins usually can have a smell , but this was extreme , and nasty smelling too . The other items in the same package also stank of this , the stench seeped into other items which I had to throw away .Don’t know if it was faulty , amazon never got back to me , I’d did however get a refund , so at least that was good .It’s a pity , as this product has great levels of vite and folate , no additives or flavourings etc and liquid which is usually better for absorption and less irritating than tablets etc .

Th product seems fine and I can put up with the bad taste. But the seal was broken. Next time I’ll buy from a reputable store.

I give 5 drops a day to my picky eaters in a fruit juice. Makes a massive difference to their mood and health, happier, less grumpy children!If in a sweetish drink, they don't taste it.

I was smelling gas all the time - a symptom of B deficiency - the usual B complex tablets make me sick to my stomach- this is ok on a full stomach. No more gas smell.
